For a problem with the app, include the version and build number, your iPhone or iPad model, the screen you were using, and what happened. Please remove personal or sensitive information from screenshots.
This opens your email app. Review the message and attachments before sending. This mailbox is not an emergency or in-flight assistance service.
Getting started with version 6.0
- Install the available build using the TestFlight invitation. Public App Store release requires Apple approval.
- Complete Pilot Profile while connected. Enter your personal minimums once in the daily card.
- Follow Flight Plan, Departure, Weather, Flight Notes and Destination. Use Reorder menu if you prefer a different order.
- Open Help for the installed version/build, section instructions, wired audio setup and optional watch notifications.
- After parking, choose Complete Flight & Pilot Debrief to save actual details and notes to Logbook.

Preliminary flight planning only
Flight Operations does not interface with the FAA, Flight Service, or ATC to file, activate/open, amend, or close flight plans. It does not obtain airspace clearances.
Before flight, verify your route and altitudes against current sectional charts and applicable official information, including NOTAMs/TFRs and a current weather briefing. Also independently verify all radio frequencies against current official sources before use. Check airspace entry requirements, restricted/prohibited areas, terrain, and obstacles; obtain required clearances or authorizations before entering. Read the full planning-use notice.
Your information and deletion requests
Read the retention and deletion section for the difference between local data, recordings, and online agreement receipts. Deleting the app does not delete an agreement receipt held online.
For flight-critical information
Use current official aviation sources, your aircraft’s approved documentation, qualified instruction, and direct communication with the appropriate service. Flight Operations support cannot issue clearances, monitor a flight, file a flight plan, or provide emergency response.
